Visitors & Pallisades Park

Uncle Larry came to visit from Shannen, IL Friday.  Larry is Bob's mother's brother.

And Larry brought his grandson, Jack along for the ride. Here they are taking a tour of our sailboat.  I am not exaggerating...  Jack is the very best mannered, patient 9 yr. old, I have met in decades.

Bob remembers going to Pallisades Park just on the north side of Savanna, IL for family picnics.  Here he is taste testing the water at the Artesian Well. Yep, tastes just like he remembers it, 40+ years ago.
