4th Street Elevator - Dubuque, IA

After the visit to Eagle Point State Park and ice cream at DQ at the entrance to the park, the group made the short drive to the Fenelon Place Elevator.

This elevator/cable car system is in the heart of Dubuque's business district. The elevator is 296 feet in length and elevates passengers 189 feet from Fourth Street to Fenelon Place. There are magnificent views of the historic Dubuque business district, the Mississippi River and three states.
