I would like to know how you used the trailer winch to bring up the mast?

We fed the trailor winch strap through the anchor roller and led it back to attach to the forestay. The mast was supported about 6 feet off the stern of the boat by stting it on the outboard motor mount which was set upon the rear stern bench. One person, this time it was Donna, cranked on the winch to haul in the line as Phil and I steadied the mast as it became elevated. Pretty simple but was made more difficult by 25 mph winds.
